the breakfast

Slow sunday mornings, filled with the delicious food, the smell of the pancakes on the stove and the fresh crumble of the bread which you have bought from the bakery. The perfect kind of morning. And that is what I have tried to capture on this piece.

Exploring the possibilities of the watercolor paints, pushing it´s limits, with many layers on the top of each other, but still leaving some areas so the paper could appear from the bottom. The watercolors can be exact, with a lot of details, not just very expressive and quick.
